TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2. The items are sold to the highest bidder. When two bids are equal, the bid that has arrived first will win. 3. The highest bid will be reduced to 10 % above the second highest bid. 4. All bids are binding. Objects that have not been paid within 30 days of the auction, will be sold at buyers cost and risk, including commission. 5. To the hammer price is added 20 % commission, invoice fee NOK 30,- and postage. 6. Bought items are delivered with invoice in advance, by COD, or they can be picked up in our store. 7. Claims must be made within 10 days from the day items are sent from us. Only written claims are accepted. Defects visible on photo, ore defects described in our catalogue can not be used as reason for any claim. If any wrong numbering of photos occur, the written description is always valid. Return of items must be agreed upon before they are sent to us. Any return must have reached us within 20 days after the auction. 8. On bidding, the auction terms are read and accepted. 9. Late payments are always added 1 % interest per started month plus a fee of NOK 52.- 10. Bids down to 90 % of the starting price are accepted. 11. Deadline for bidding is 5 PM at the auction day. 12. Bids in writing, by fax and telephone must have reached us 2 hours before the auction is run, or else we can not guarantee that they will take part in the auction. Information in our shop and by phone will also be limited during the last two hours before the auction. 13. Collecting items in our shop must be done within three weeks. Unclaimed items will be sent to the buyer after three weeks, invoice fee 30 NOK and postage will be added. CONTINUOUS ONLINE AUCTIONS (2) 2.1 Conditions are the same as in our regular auctions. 2.2 Invoices will be sent by email every Friday. 2.3 Items can not be picked up before invoice is received. If you wish to pick up items in our store this must be noted in your profile. 2.4 By charging credit card, postage is only 10 NOK for sendings up to 350 grs. For heavier sendings and payment by invoice the actual postage will be charged. |
